 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order from K-Dramatique has shipped, we will send you an email confirming your ordered items and their tracking numbers. You can track your items by clicking the tracking numbers provided in the email, or by copying and pasting the tracking numbers into our order tracking system below.

Shipping information 

We are proud to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. Simply checkout and your order shipped to you for free, no codes or minimum cost necessary!

Once you place an order at K-Dramatique, it will be shipped after 2-7 business days of processing. The estimated delivery times are listed as below:

Order Tracking

Once your order from K-Dramatique has shipped, we will send you an email confirming your ordered items and their tracking numbers. You can track your items by clicking the tracking numbers provided in the email, or by copying and pasting the tracking numbers into our order tracking page

Check the delivery status of your order by entering its 13 character Tracking ID below. Tracking IDs can be found in the email we sent you after your items have been shipped. Please note that Tracking IDs are per supplier, not per item nor per order.

 


What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you don't love what you've bought from us, you are welcome to return or exchange your items. Just make sure to send us an email first!

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date, and will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees. 

Please note that you will need to cover your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns/exchanges must contain a Tracking ID, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that we received your returned item.
